Very satisfied

Terrible experience, chaotic management. Bought a Z-pass but still had to pay tolls on the road and additional charges upon return. Ended up paying over $50 in fees, including $15 management fee for each of the 3 transactions, totaling $45. Fortunately, the rental platform helped recover over $40.

Everything went fine. The car was perfect and the staff was very efficient. The only little problem I experienced was a long waiting time at Boston airport but I was anyway satisfied

I found the best rate and I was also positively surprised by the fact that I didn't had to pay anything in advance

Charged more on the spot under the pretense of additional taxes.

First car wasn’t clean and had mechanical problems.
