The car rental company staff was very casual when giving us the car, telling us to just pick any Jeep from a bunch. They didn't hand over a specific car with the keys, which I think is very irresponsible. The car had issues that were not noted on any form! Additionally, the car's system malfunctioned! The electronic key wouldn't open the car, and using the manual key triggered the alarm. With the help of locals, we waited for five hours for roadside assistance!

The car allocated by the rental company was too small, forcing me to spend more money to switch to a Jeep Wrangler.

Good service. The lady at the return point was especially enthusiastic.

The car wasn't very clean and was quite old. The condition could only be described as average.

The staff asked if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade the car model. I firmly refused but was still given a four-door car in the end. The practice of trying to get customers to upgrade when no two-door cars are available greatly diminishes my impression of the company.
