When picking up the car, I was allowed to choose freely. I saw a Corolla and asked if it was okay. The staff said it was. It felt like an upgrade. Very happy.
Overall, it's quite convenient, and the procedures are not very complicated. However, I intended to use the self-service machines in the lobby, but both times at the final step, it said I needed to go to the counter, wasting a lot of time. The self-service machines are also quite slow and require a lot of input, making it cumbersome.
There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
Overall, it's pretty good but the wait time is quite long, and the self-service machines are not very user-friendly.
