There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
The counter service attitude was average because I didn't buy extra insurance or upgrade the car! They kept saying the car I booked couldn't fit my luggage. When I said 'have a try, OK?' she finally stopped talking! In fact, there was plenty of space! Returning the car was easy, and the service was good and efficient.
