It's a great car rental company. When we arrived, business was so good that our chosen model was unavailable. The staff simply said, 'Pick any car you like and drive it,' which was pretty cool! Haha

The process was convenient and fast, and the car was in good condition. However, as a first-time renter, I was persuaded to pay extra for a vehicle upgrade, which was completely unnecessary since there was no significant difference between the original model and the upgraded one.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
