Not bad. The car pickup process was made very simple and quick by QEEQ's service, and the return was as straightforward as always. One complaint though: the selection of cars at the San Francisco airport location is quite limited.

The service attitude was quite poor; every staff member acted like we owed them money and did everything they could to make us spend more.

Very good, but the GPS provided suggests turning in 50 meters when it actually means to turn at the next intersection.

The front desk staff had an excellent attitude, patiently answering our questions and bringing a warm, welcoming feel to our travel-weary selves. After picking up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to find multiple vehicles to choose from! We quickly chose an almost-new Volkswagen Tiguan with only 700+ miles driven! The car ran smoothly throughout our trip, leading to a very pleasant rental experience!

The car was very new, with just over 1,000 miles on it.
