Used the self-service, very convenient. The entire process was in Chinese, and there was no upselling. Just take the car by yourself, very convenient. When returning the car, the young man handled the procedures very quickly, and then at 11:30 PM, he even drove us back to the hotel. There were two of us, so we voluntarily gave a $4 tip as a thank you.
The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
The counter service attitude was average because I didn't buy extra insurance or upgrade the car! They kept saying the car I booked couldn't fit my luggage. When I said 'have a try, OK?' she finally stopped talking! In fact, there was plenty of space! Returning the car was easy, and the service was good and efficient.
The waiting line for car rental paperwork is understandable due to the high number of people, but once the paperwork is done, picking up the car is quite convenient. There are many cars to choose from, which is great.
