The rental company's translation document provided by the platform was not accepted by the store, saying it lacked certain paperwork. It required complex communication and multiple employees just to get it sorted out. Very confusing. (The Indian staff were unfriendly towards Chinese people)

The efficiency in New Zealand is very slow

Got an 2016 imax in good conditions (about 100,000km). No automatic doors or automatic headlights though. The boot space is huge and easily fit luggage for big group.

Very Easy to deal with. Friendly helpful staff at pick up & drop off. The car was exactly the model we booked on line and in good, clean condition.

Good car company to rent from. Cars are a bit older and you have to take a test before they allow you to take the car which I find a bit odd because other car companies do not make you do this. But great customer service and staff.
