Waited in line for almost two hours, only one staff member was handling service, the queue was about 50-80 meters long.

Maybe because it was on the island, the service felt average.

There are actually very few Viano models available from HERTZ. When we went to pick up the car, they didn't have any left. They said our luggage was too much and that vehicles of the same grade wouldn't suffice, suggesting we upgrade to a VITO116, and charged us an additional 400 yuan for the upgrade. In fact, we didn't see any other vehicles of the same grade as VIANO in the parking lot. The staff member (an old lady) didn't upgrade us for free but rather persuaded us to pay for the upgrade, which felt a bit dishonest.

The condition of the company's cars is excellent, but the staff at the store kept pushing insurance and other vehicle options, which was quite annoying.
