“Reasonable price, disappointing service, and defective car”

Very disappointed to be issued a car which, once you got into daylight (as opposed to being in the Southern Cross car park) had a damaged windscreen. This was reported ASAP (within an hour), but only suggestion was can you swap it over when you get to Sydney, some 750 kms.
