Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

The car wasn't full of fuel, one of the tires was losing air and the motor sounded like crap. We returned the car in advance, but we didn't get any discount. Could be the cheapest agency, but the rental wasn't cheap, so better off to choose another agency.
