The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions thoroughly.
However, the previous customers had a lot of questions, so we waited half an hour for our turn.
Counter staff were rude and unhelpful. Don't accept deposits being paid for by car, force you to pay for additional insurance as a solution and don't give you money back for original insurance that you paid for. Would recommend not hiring a car through them.
