Great car rental company, very convenient pick-up and return, no sales push from the staff, clean and efficient, friendly attitude, very proactive in solving issues, excellent.
There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
