The service attitude is good, but the speed is too slow. The waiting time is at least half an hour! When returning the car, it was confirmed that the tank was full, no need to refuel or pay, but I was still charged $20.89 for refueling without any notification!!!

Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
