This was my first time driving in the USA. Initially, I chose an English website but was worried about communication problems, so I switched to QEEQ. The experience was excellent; everything went well, and there was free GPS. The only downside was that QEEQ couldn't assist us with getting a better price when we upgraded the car mid-trip. I hope QEEQ can offer better deals for mid-trip upgrades in the future.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
