The car broke down on the second day, and we spent a whole day waiting for a replacement. Very inefficient.

Pros: The line wasn't too long. Although there was only one person at the counter, they were very efficient. Cons: They will try to sell you insurance and keep emphasizing the disadvantages of not buying it, even though I already bought insurance on QEEQ and it was indicated on my receipt. The staff still tried to sell me more insurance.

Insurance claims are being avoided.
