使いやすかった。

The staff will try to upsell various things like insurance when you pick up the car. They exaggerate a lot, but you can ignore them all as it's completely unnecessary. If you have a friendly face, you likely won't get the car model you reserved; it will be much smaller, and there's currently no solution for this.

Very good, no hard sell like mentioned online.

Overall, it was pretty good and the process was very smooth. The only downside was that the return location was not the same as Alamo's.
