The airport shuttle is very convenient. Pick up the car in Los Angeles and return it in Las Vegas. All at the airport shuttle. Returning the car took less than a minute. Very convenient.
There were a lot of people, and I had to wait in line for over half an hour. The paperwork was quick, though. Once done, they just send you to pick up the car without giving you anything. I found out by asking that the keys are already in the car!

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value. Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
