The car pickup and return process with Europcar is very straightforward. The service is good and the car is quite new. I rented a BMW 220i convertible which was almost brand new with only 3000 kilometers. The car was in perfect condition!

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

“Great car, unauthorized charges ruined experience”

Excellent car and good rate. REALLY ANNOYED at being billed over $20 for providing the drivers licence of my wife and not being told we would be CHARGED FOR A SECOND DRIVER BEING REGISTERED - even if she didn't drive the car. This was DECEPTIVE practice.
