The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

The first staff member was inexperienced with the process and system operation. When they couldn't provide the reserved car model, they were unable to effectively communicate with the manager. The following supervisor who assisted had a very poor attitude, being indifferent and unhelpful. They offered a lower-end vehicle with only $25 compensation or an upgrade at an additional cost. Then, yet another supervisor came with a different solution. Overall, the experience felt highly unprofessional. The car's condition was acceptable, but the service was very poor. I will avoid using this company in the future if possible.

Like: Had originally rented a cabriolet, but weather had deteriorated. Staff was brilliant in getting me a replacement vehicle that surpassed my expectations (BMW 530i).
Dislike: Were kept waiting for a while because staff was discussing an issue with a previous rental among themselves.
