Both the rental and return processes were highly efficient, the service attitude was very good, and the trip went smoothly.

Great service

Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

Like: Value for money. clean car. Requested type of car was on hand. helpful staff.
Dislike: long line for pick up.
