Los Angeles was disappointing, they didn't allow car selection and gave us a very small car with nearly 300,000 miles on it. Las Vegas was much better, they allowed us to choose a car.

Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.

When I said I didn't want insurance, their attitude immediately became terrible. They have too few cars, there was hardly any choice. We arrived at noon, and there was only one mid-sized SUV left. The queue was also very long, Americans are really inefficient!
