I booked a Cherokee, but they didn't have one available and refused to upgrade. After insisting, they finally gave me a low-end model that wasn't four-wheel drive.
Alamo at LAX was great. They had a lot of new cars. Considering our large group, they recommended a 5.3L Ford SUV. It was perfect because we had a lot of shopping bags. Excellent car rental experience!
Everything is self-service, free GPS is provided but we recommend using Google for more reliability.
