The staff at this Alamo location will try to sell you insurance and other services you didn't purchase. It's up to you to decide whether to buy them or not. The problem is: I booked a 'compact car' (Nissan Versa or similar) through Zuzuche, and the staff said it was too small (I only have two people) and suggested upgrading to a higher class for an additional fifteen dollars per day. I agreed, but when I went to the garage, I got a 'Ford Focus,' which is also listed as a compact car on Zuzuche's website. Why did I pay extra for an upgrade yet still get the same class of car? I think this location takes advantage of renters' unfamiliarity with car models to deceive them into paying for unnecessary upgrades. I've rented from many companies through Zuzuche and have never encountered this problem elsewhere.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.

Pretty good, the pick-up was quick.
