Was told no cars were available upon pickup and had to wait at least 7 hours. The staff at Los Angeles Union Station were very rude. However, the hotel staff at The LA Hotel were excellent.
We encountered a very rude store service employee who had a terrible attitude. He clearly had cars available but refused to rent one to us, making us wait for an hour until another supervisor-like person came to assist us. During this time, we could hear him mumbling about wanting Thanksgiving off.
The parking and rental locations are very easy to find. I rented the lowest tier Lechi, but it was unavailable later. They upgraded me to a higher tier model. They were really friendly.
