Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.
Extremely satisfied. We showed the order, driver's license, and credit card at the counter. After verification, they directed us to the parking lot to choose a car. There were 5 cars available, and we chose a JEEP that had only run for over 16,000 miles. The car was in great condition. Very satisfied.
