Alamo's service was excellent, from the bus driver's assistance to the quick and easy car exchange process. The car's condition was particularly impressive and pleasantly surprised us.
They only symbolically pushed the GPS option during pick-up, the rest was hard to understand. I went to the designated location to get the car. During return, they only checked the fuel gauge and took the keys.
Like: Alamo pickup automated system at their branch was efficient and very usefull. It saved me time avoiding the queue.
