Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.
The service attitude of the African American female attendant was extremely unfriendly and poor. Is the United States a backward country? The service level is horrible.
They are irresponsible. I have been paying fines from violations in Europe last year, and they offer no help in handling them! I'm still using your services, and you think this is acceptable?
