The service attitude was excellent, and the vehicle was great too. However, there was a slight issue with the charges. Besides the contract amount, an additional $10.95 was charged to my credit card about a week after I returned home. I'm not sure what this charge is for. The American rental process and efficiency are quite high, but due to peak times, the staff were busy selling insurance, resulting in a wait time of over an hour. We arrived at 4:30 PM and got the car close to 7 PM, which was quite exaggerated. Additionally, the pickup process was a bit chaotic as the car model differed from the order, and it wasn't clear if the car was in the same class. The external staff were few and couldn't provide a clear explanation. The car condition was just average; you have to pick one yourself. The return process was efficient. We arrived early, afraid of delays, but the return process was very fast.
