Staff were slow.

The attitude was not good, the staff did not understand Chinese at all. When we called to request a shuttle bus, they told us to take another company's shuttle. After finally finding a shuttle bus, we were told to look for their own, but two shuttles from other companies had already come and gone without seeing theirs. In the end, another company's driver let us get on because we weren't fluent in English and were quite worried, but thankfully their office was right next to ours. Although we didn't pick up the car at Alpha, they arranged transportation to the rental location very well. The car was new and in great condition!
