Pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The staff were also very friendly. I would rent a car from them again if I have the chance.

A great car rental experience. No worries picking up the car even in the early hours! They had marked all the issues with the car beforehand, some of which I didn't even notice! Returning the car was also smooth, only took 10 minutes. Thumbs up!

There is a counter in the airport hall which is very convenient, and the procedures are quick. When returning the car, you can't enter through the exit door; the security personnel will guide you to a small pathway for the return process. During the vehicle inspection, all visible minor damages are noted, and during the return, the staff just does a quick check. I offered a tip when picking up the car, but the staff politely refused. Due to the narrow lanes in the parking lot and my lack of experience with right-hand driving, I requested the staff to move the car to a wider road, and they were very helpful. I initially booked a TOYOTA VIOS but later found out it had been upgraded to a Toyota Altis, which was fairly new though previously a bit damaged. We chose Toyota because it was pricier, but we had a lot of luggage. If the luggage amount is known, a smaller car like a Nissan could work. I was very satisfied with Thai Rent A Car, even booking another car with them in Chiang Mai during our Phuket trip. I will choose this company again on future trips to Thailand.
