Do not go to this Budget. They mislead you. When picking up the car, they used an electronic contract that I didn't fully understand before clicking to the next page. In the end, I unknowingly bought several unnecessary insurances and other items. Even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas, they insisted it was short and charged a ridiculously high fuel fee! I will never go to this Budget again!

When I picked up the car, it was snowing heavily in Boston, and there was no one at the reception area. The attendant was very patient with me.
