Arrived early in the morning, so car pickup and inspection was quick. Picking up the car an hour early costs an extra 10 euros.

I returned car with full tank in accordance with the contract. But Global charged Refuel service about 20 EUR. I want to refund this amount !

Did not have available the car I booked. Why not? It was fully paid in advance with a fixed arrival time. One hour into my journey the car developed an engine running fault. It took 5 hours to source a replacement car through an alternative hire company with an additional EUR580 cost.
