Unclear charges, extremely poor service, discrimination against Chinese. Called to inquire, but they hung up before I finished speaking. Also, there were unknown charges and an extra day fee deducted. The car model provided was different from the one reserved, and there was no prior notice.

Efficient service and good customer service

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

Renting and returning the car was quite convenient, with detailed return locations. It was a good car rental experience.
