The service was great, but the car exchange point in downtown San Francisco was hard to find. However, it’s not easy to find anything in San Francisco because of the one-way streets and complex traffic rules. It took me 30 minutes to find a spot just 300 meters away. I recommend returning the car at the airport if possible.

Clearly selected a mid-to-large SUV on the website (more expensive) but was given the option of a compact city SUV (listed at a lower price) upon arrival in the US. The time spent waiting for and choosing the car was included in the rental period. Despite this, I managed to choose a newer car (with lower mileage), but ended up paying extra for a higher-grade vehicle and wasted 40 minutes waiting for it.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
