The store was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. I returned the car outside their working hours, and they instructed me to just park the car and drop the key. Very convenient.
There is a reception area right at the exit of Phuket Island Airport. A shuttle takes you to the rental office to pick up the car. After returning the car at the office, they also provide a ride back to the airport. It’s quite convenient.
The store is easy to spot coming out of the airport, but as others have said, the staff will aggressively recommend you buy insurance even if you already have it, and their English is very poor, making communication difficult.
