This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!

Everything is self-service, free GPS is provided but we recommend using Google for more reliability.

We were informed at pickup that we had to confirm the order at the self-service machine. The good thing was that the machine had a Chinese language option. However, for some reason, it would log out halfway through inputting the information, so it took nearly 40 minutes to complete. This was quite frustrating. Everything else was fine, and although the staff couldn't help much, they were very polite.

Great, many car options. Return was fast and they even helped with my luggage onto the shuttle bus. Nice.
