Convenient pickup and drop-off, plenty of cars available

It's a great car rental company. When we arrived, business was so good that our chosen model was unavailable. The staff simply said, 'Pick any car you like and drive it,' which was pretty cool! Haha

1. The airport shuttle vehicles are convenient and easy to identify, which is great for first-time visitors to the US. There are pickup points at every exit. 2. The pick-up and drop-off procedures are straightforward. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes due to some questions about options, but once done, we headed out to pick up the car and left. For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
