The car was exactly wht I needed, small and economic with gas. One thing, they said the car was full, but in reality missed at least 7$ of gas. I bring it bas around the same amount it was and I didn't have problem.

The budget counter at the YUL airport was the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. 100 people waiting and 1 person working, and no cars available despite reservations. It was appalling.
Be aware, if you return the car even a couple of minutes late, they will charge about $27 per each hour (or fraction of hour). This is the only dissatisfaction I had, as I was a bit late due to road closures for a city marathon event.
