They checked car and found my airpods!

When placing the order, I clearly bought insurance for two days, but at the counter, they insisted that I had only purchased one day and asked for an additional 1500 baht for an extra day of insurance, which I refused. They did not mention that smoking was not allowed in the car, but when returning the car, they fined me 3000 baht for smoking. On the day I picked up the car, there was a foreigner angrily shouting at the counter, and there was a serious dispute between them. I suggest everyone be cautious when choosing this car rental company.

The staff said adding an additional driver would cost 100 THB per day when picking up the car. Fortunately, no extra charges were applied when returning the car.

Very satisfied with the service. During the drive, I had a flat tire, and the repair personnel arrived within about 15 minutes after calling. Very efficient!
