The overall experience with Cizgi has been slightly above average. The tyre condition of the car was poor and we had to take some decisions not to take the car in the North of Turkey in the hilly terrains. The drive and handling was excellent. The deposit back procedure was also poor as we had to go to different levels to get the deposit which was paid in cash back.

As always QEEQ was extremely helpful and tried there best.

Great service. No need for a credit card prepayment. Picking up and dropping off the car was a smooth process with no checks or hassles. It feels like this company is doing charity work, haha.

We forgot to ask if it was HGS or OGS when picking up the car. Later, we were told the car had HGS, and we needed to buy a package for 20 Euros to use it. We bargained it down to 50 Lira, about 75 RMB, as we only used it for a small segment from Ephesus to Izmir and from Pamukkale to Ephesus. Others in our group paid around 30 Lira, and they were charged only for the actual usage of the toll roads. Additionally, a 700 Lira pre-authorization was placed after returning the car. Just yesterday, I noticed a 1 Lira charge, and I'm not sure why.

Service is excellent but this time the car was a bit battered and bruised.

Annoyingly, received the car with an empty gas tank and had to refuel as soon as I left.
