The accounting is unclear, there are arbitrary charges, and no explanations are provided to customers. The store's staff works inefficiently, makes calculation errors, and wasted a lot of our time. Now it’s been four days since the car was returned and we’ve already returned home, but the refund issue is still unresolved.

The store is very close, the car pickup was quick, the service was enthusiastic and helpful. I am very satisfied with this car rental experience.

Counter staff was very efficient but handling all the people waiting for their cars with no assistance was clearly not easy.

We never had this car. They were sold out and we had to wait more than an hours to finally get the smallest car in the parking lot.
