Car was smaller than quoted but did the job.

The staff at the counter was slow, with only one person working there. They slowly took their time. The key issue was being told we'd have to pay $90 to pick up the car on time, otherwise, we'd have to wait in line for an hour and a half. In the end, we neither paid nor waited in line.

The car rental service was okay, but I booked a Grand Cherokee and ended up with a Chevrolet worth around tens of thousands of dollars, which was disappointing.

We arrived to pick up the car around 10 AM, but there were no cars available. We were told to check back at 12 PM, with no guarantee of a car. Customer service later helped us but required an additional fee for an upgrade.

スタッフの数が少なく，日本語も全く通じないので時間がかかりすぎた。車は古く両サイドミラーが汚くて見にくいし、バックモニターも途中から映らなくなった。燃料を満タンにしたが帰りの空港までの走行で少し減った為か、後日100ドル請求された。 今後Hertzは利用しないだろう。

予約は簡単で使いやすい。 価格が安いかどうかはわからない。
