The car was great. Super easy drop off. Unfortunately the computers were not working on our arrival so we spent over an hour waiting for them to re-boot after a 26 hour journey - The staff were friendly.

Order canceled due to credit card issue; didn’t get the car. Difficult to contact customer service, couldn’t reach them. Can I get a refund?

It took them over 30 minutes to have our car ready for us while we stood at the counter and waited. It was pretty ridiculous. I think the counter next to us had five people go through In that time. The price they had in their computer was more than what was quoted by easy rent cars. But I showed them the invoice and they manually updated it with no problem.

It was a little weird at first. Seems like there’s a catch to it. But read through the material and there wasn’t any fine print that I could find so I thought I’d chance it. They rebooked me at a better price which was a big surprise so overall I’m very happy and will use again.

The car met all my expectations. It would be nice if they supported touchless delivery like they do for gold rewards members.

I would like to book again and enjoy the easy and smooth booking process using your website.

Hertz should eliminate any possibility that important parts like back lagguage cover are missing.

Hertz didn't have a Dodge Challenger and none in the adrenaline collection when I arrived for pick up. They gave us a free upgrade to an Infiniti SUV, however, we only wanted an American muscle car. The supervisor told us that they would give us a call in the morning so that we could swop cars. No call was ever made and I had to call them personally to check and reserve the only adrenaline collection car, a Camaro SS. The car was clean internally and smelt new. It was a joy to drive, but barely had enough space for our luggage.

Calvin has been great help. He contacted Hertz for us to reserve the adrenaline collection car. He did mention that a Dodge Challenger would be available, but Hertz insisted that they do not have specific car reservation. Still, he has been great help

Convenient, shuttle bus service is very close to the airport. Highly efficient.

The car was externally dirty and the pickup wasn’t particularly straightforward.
