Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors.
Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.
Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price. Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
