About Routes: 6.7 /10
Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors. Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
