Car return at Milan should have a more prominent sign, went round and round to find the drop off location.. in the end found out the drop off point is located inside a multi storey carpark.. took about almost an hour to look around for it.
location is easy to find across the terminal; waited a while as cars was supposedly being washed; first car showed has actually damaged, so waited again for 30 min to find another vehicle
The counter staff was terrible! Just trying to make us pay more, take insurance but not helpful and pleasant at all... a shame.
