The Florence airport car rental location provided on the website was incorrect. The store had moved 4 months ago, and we spent an hour walking around to find it. We left my elderly mother waiting at the old address sitting on the suitcase for over an hour. It was a terrible experience.

Not very friendly or helpful, easy jet cancelled our flight for the 18th June and we moved the car pick up to the 19th June but they said they had not received our message and had taken our money and cancelled the car hire so we had to re book another car at twice the price having already lost the original pay out.

The car was badly damaged by someone who had previously maliciously scratched the bonnet and doors, it was quite embarrassing to drive around in a car like that.

It was difficult to find where we actually pick up the car. Needs to be some additional information when booking or before you collect the car. They gave us a car that needs methane gas, but very few stations have this, do was impossible to find this type of gas. Seems unreasonable to hire out cars that you can fill up again! Added a lot of unwanted stress to the trip!
