They gave me a car slightly smaller than what I booked - Hyundai i10 instead of Toyota Yaris. I also didn't like that the fuel tank was not full and they told me to bring it back with about the same fuel level - very bad practice.

“Easy process/scam insurance”

There was a very long wait to get to the office from the airport to pick up the car. And the price we paid for full insurance is too high (15 euros per day) as compared to another place on the island where they only take 9 euros per day for the same insurance !

They need to have more clean and new vehicles to rent out to the customers. The engine has already done 90+K mileage. Not clean from inside. Making sure they arrive in time to pick-up the passengers from the airport.
