The vehicle conditions were generally quite old. The rental company provided an older car, which struggled to climb the hills in Phuket. Previously, I rented from another company where the car was newer and in better condition.
The order did not match the reservation made on the rental site, not sure if it's a discrepancy between the rental platform and the car rental company.
